Tobacco Barn Reception Hall: up to 220 seated
Formal Gardens: up to 250 for ceremonies
Lawn Spaces / Tented Areas: up to 300+
Indoor Ceremony Option: 200–220 depending on layout
Only one wedding per day. Your celebration receives exclusive use of the estate.
You can schedule an in-person or virtual tour through our website contact form, telephone or by emailing our office. We offer weekday, evening, and weekend tour times.
A date is secured with:
- A signed contract
- A non-refundable retainer
- A payment schedule outlined at signing
Bridal suite access typically begins at 6:00 AM.
Vendors may arrive according to your timeline, coordinated with our staff.
All events must conclude by the contractually designated time. Final guest departure is typically 1 hour after your last song.
White Chimneys provides in-house coordination for a nominal fee which includes rehearsal support and day-of management.
Couples may hire an outside planner in addition, but a White Chimneys staff liaison is still required.
